Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Please return them to the respective address above (*see contact details). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery. This includes all coffee products.

Please be aware that we send our orders from Austria. If you are outside the European Union there might be custom duties - please inform yourself about custom conditions & requirements.
All customs duties and taxes are your full responsibility.
If the order is returned to us due to missing or wrong address information or refusing delivery, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs of the package. In case you request reshipment of the product upon return, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs for reshipment.
